A habit is a routine behavior or practice that we perform regularly, often unconsciously, which allows the brain to notice the actions or effort we are giving. Good habits are on two bases – positive and negative. One performs like doing physical activity and having a good, balanced diet. Negative activities like smoking and drinking alcohol frequently can be considered a bad habit.
Good habits are developed through a daily routine, and we find it comfortable; bad habits are found to be difficult. People who practice good habits are given respect.

Habits play a very important role in one’s life for physical development. They are usually small but very powerful in performing actions, behaviours or a daily routine. Performing good habits can be a task for beginners but it is beneficial in the long run. Habits which are set with our goals keep the person motivated and in a disciplined way. For example, when a person wants to improve his/her physical health by starting exercising daily for 20-30 minutes. If this behaviour is repeated on a daily basis it will improve the metabolism, energy levels and will be overall healthy. On the other hand, bad habits can delay personal growth and development.

Good habits play different roles in different perspectives like : Good habits for students include time management, having a systematic study routine, completing the tasks on time, and maintaining a good, healthy life. Good habits for Students are to follow the orders of parents, do exercise and yoga every day and have a balanced diet. Good habits for Students to be with positive people with whom they will learn to live a good lifestyle, drink 8 glasses of water, go to bed and wake up on time, and maintain a good sleep schedule.
